Brasserie Bread
Established in 1995, Brasserie Bread are pioneers of the artisan bread industry in Australia, yet remain firmly on the cutting edge of technology and innovation. The artisan bread segment is enjoying a similar trajectory to the wine, coffee and chocolate sectors and Brasserie Bread required a full-scale rebrand to position them for significant growth in the coming years.












We worked closely with the team, donning hairnets, examining single origin flour and eating freshly baked sourdough (tough, but someone had to do it) to understand what makes this business truly remarkable. We then created them a new brand identity that works seamlessly across print and digital. We also devised a new digital strategy, designed them a responsive website, rolled out new signage and packaging with serious shelf appeal.
